Maple Season 2023 has led us, along with maple experts, to scratch our heads. As we gaze off our sugar shack porch, it is obvious red maple trees are budding - a sign end of maple season is near. We remain hopeful that the prime maple weather, of below-freezing nights and warm sunny days, will create enough pressure inside the tree for our sugar maple trees to run. In the meantime, pumps continue to run, lines are monitored and repaired, and we welcome guests to the sugar shack. Next week is your last chance to visit us for the 2023 maple season!
